Hidden Villa is a 1,600 acre non-profit organic farm and wilderness preserve. There are lots of things
to do and see, including interpretive tours, farm animals, gardens, and more. The park also features about
8 miles of surprisingly good hiking trails. Most of the trails are singletrack, with a few dirt roads. You
could even hike from here via a connector trail over to Rancho San Antonio
Open Space Preserve if you wanted. Most of the trails are pretty well shaded, and offer nice views
of the surrounding area.
Getting There:
From Interstate 280, take the El Monte Road/Moody Road exit and head West on Moody toward Foothill College.
Continue straight at the stoplight near Foothill College and then turn left onto Moody at the stop sign.
Stay on Moody for about 1.5 miles, then turn left at the Hidden Villa sign. A $5 entrance fee is collected
at either the entrance kiosk or in metal drop-boxes in the parking area. After passing the kiosk, turn
right into the parking area.
